Plus points (+)

We always heard that from our surroundings, a hungry stomach, an empty pocket, and a broken heart can teach us the best lessons of life. Those lines are perfectly suitable in this kudumbasthan Tamil movie.

The first half is a mixture of comedy and drama where Manikandan & Saanve Megghana appear in lead roles while the supporting cast plays an important role. While the second half is perfect for those audiences who like family emotional drama instead of comedy.

Rajeshwar Kalisamy, who is the director of Kudumbasthan, intends to show the middle-class person's pain on the silver screen. If you are including those types of people, who is the only one person who is doing a job to support his whole family, including cousin, brother, and sister?

Now I am introducing to you Naveen, A middle-class person who gets married to his girlfriend and then moves off to one year later, where he loses his job, finds himself in a loop of trouble.

Manikandan, as Naveen, is outstanding as a middle-class person who goes to any length to financially support his family. His biggest strength is his emotional dramatic scenes, which appear in the second half of the movie.

while on the other side Saanve Megghana as Naveen's wife plays a strong woman role whose support her husband in any extreme situations.

Minus Points (-)

Most of the audiences like the first half of the movie because In the first hour, director Rajeshwar Kalisamy adds comedy and dramatic scenes to the movie, while the second half is decent in terms of emotional dramatic scenes, but it's lost its moments that appeared in the first half. Songs are good enough, but background music is the biggest strength of the movie.
