Plus Points (+)

Hello friends, if you're fans of those movies like Kaaki Sattai (2015), Cadaver (2022), and others (2025), I think My Lord (2026) is only for you because the above-mentioned movies are based on organ trafficking, and My Lord falls in the same category. While back on topic, after giving back-to-back movies like Modern Love Chennai (2023) and Japan (2023), Director Raju Murugan once again comes with My Lord, where M. Sasikumar and Chaithra J. Achar appear in the lead cast.

First half is a mixture of drama and some thriller scenes, while the second half is very interesting because this time the movie revolves around a courtroom where Jayaprakash, who plays the role of the judge, steals the show with his solid dialogue delivery.

Here I thank director Raju Murugan, who makes this kind of movie, which raises real-life issues in our nation. It's my personal point of view that director Raju Murugan focuses on organ trafficking in our country, especially in rural areas where most of the population are illiterate or belong to poor families.

After making a cameo appearance in With Love, directed by Madhan, Sasikumar Mahalingam, aka M. Sasikumar, once again appears in My Lord, where he plays the role of Muthusirpi. In the first half, his performance is decent as a factory worker who is busy in his day-to-day life, but in the second half, he fights against corrupt politicians and a couple of doctors who sell human organs.

Minus Points (-)

First half is a mixture of drama and suspense, while the second half is the strength of this movie, where the drama, thriller, and some bargain scenes in the courtrooms are mind-blowing.
