Plus Points (+)

‎After the massive success of Game Changer (2025), Konidela Ram Charan, aka Ram Charan, once again comes back with Peddi, where his performance recalls memories of Rangasthalam (2018).
‎Hello friends, we watched lots of movies on sports in the past, like Irudhi Suttru (2016), Blue Star (2024), Lubber Pandhu (2024), and more, and Peddi aslo falls in the same category, but what makes Peddi different from other sports drama movies is director Buchi Babu Sana's solid strategy because most people think that Peddi is a sports drama movie. That's correct because Peddi is the mixture of several games like cricket, wrestling, and athletics, but many people forget that Ram Charan is including few actors who make only social drama movies, so Peddi is not only a sports drama movie; it is the mixture of games and emotions.
‎First half is the mixture of drama, sport, and romance, where Janhvi Kapoor's romantic scenes playing a very important role in this movie, while the second half is only for true fans of Ram Charan because the movie converts into action, drama, and thriller, where Divyenndu's negative role becomes the center of attraction.
‎Being popular through Mirzapur (2018), Divyenndu once again appears in Peddi, where he plays the negative role of Rambujji in this movie. In the first half, he shines with his solid dialogue delivery and wrong attitude towards villagers, but in the second half, he recreates the vibes of Kaleen Bhaiya in Mirzapur.
‎Shiva Rajkumar as Gournaidu; his role is little in the movie but impactful, especially in the second half. On the other side, after playing Thangam's role in Devara: Part 1 (2024), Janhvi Kapoor now appears in Peddi, where she is playing Achiyamma, girlfriend of Peddi's role in this movie.
‎We always hear that music is the 2nd pillar of a movie after the cast without music, a movie is like the moon without its light. Back to the topic, AR Rahman's music is decent, but Rathnavelu's cinematography is excellent, especially in the fighting scene.

Minus Points (-)

‎There is no doubt that explains that Peddi is not a good movie, but in my personal Points of view, I have watched lots of sports drama movies since childhood, but Peddi has now become my favorite, but there are many flaws in the movie, especially regarding the actors' roles.

Janhvi Kapoor, who is the female lead actress, has a limited role; if makers give her more space, that's better for the movie because everyone loves romance and drama.
